Turtle Shell-abration Accordion Craft

Description

Some crafts are cute. This one is cute *and* it actually keeps them busy.

The Turtle Shell-abration Accordion Craft is a 4-page printable craft where kids build their very own turtle with a fun accordion-fold shell. Cut, fold, decorate, admire. Then do it again because the first one was so good somebody’s sibling wants one too.

It’s simple enough for little hands with a grown-up nearby, and satisfying enough that bigger kids won’t roll their eyes at it. All you need is a printer, scissors, crayons or markers, and maybe some glue if you’re feeling committed.

This is a perfect quiet-time activity, classroom craft, or “please stop asking for snacks” distraction. It also makes an adorable handmade gift — grandmas eat this stuff up.

Make a whole turtle family and line them up on the windowsill. Instant parade.

Four pages. One proud little crafter holding up a turtle like it’s a trophy. Because to them, it is.
